Markus Baumgartner has worked in the financial sector for 40 years as a banker, financial journalist and communications consultant. He is a Certified Consultant in Strategic Communication and co-author of various financial publications. Over the last 20 years, he has focused on marketing and communications. He is also President of the Swiss Association for Crisis Communication (VKK).
